How to Whiten Teeth at Home? Everybody knows about brushing teeth at home, but very few people knows about whitening teeth. Because whitening is not same as usual brushing. Whitening is a hard procedure which is capable to remove stains from teeth that formed after everyday brushing. That is different materials than tooth paste. If you like to whiten your teeth with help of a dentist, at first you’ll have to make an appointment and fixed a time for this process.

Reach in his/her chamber before that scheduled time. He will then take care everything and use professional graded whitening materials as required for your teeth. In the above video you find that baking soda is used to whiten teeth. You can directly use some baking soda with usual tooth past and brush your teeth as you do regularly. Or mix some baking soda with few drops of water, make a past and brush it like a tooth paste. This is very effective method of whitening teeth at home.

Other natural methods are as below:

1. Use strawberries

Cut a strawberry, rub it like a tooth past around your teeth. Keep it about 5 minutes in the teeth and then clean it by tooth brush. Rinse you mouth well and that’s all. It’s very good natural teeth whitening process.

2. Common salt

Common salt or Sodium Chloride can be used as whitening your teeth. But should be used with caution. Because, it’s very rough or abrasive. Take some salt with paste and brush as usual. It’ll remove your stains from teeth and make your teeth more strong. Use enough water after brushing and avoid brushing too much.

Other than these methods above there are several teeth whitening kits available in the market. You can choose any one and follow the instruction stated the label.
